Our Mission
Our mission is to promote a multifaceted healing process for each individual and his or her family and loved ones in Clermont and its surrounding counties. We provide accessible, quality treatment utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality and compassion. Our philosophy is that we exist for the client and his or her loved ones, and we create, promote, and maintain a positive relationship with our clients, payor sources, associates and staff, and the community.
What should you expect at Adams Recovery Center?
A lot of processing. We believe that group therapy is the best way to treat substance abuse. Clients spend at least three hours daily in group counseling, examining the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to addiction. Our men’s facility houses 32 residents, and our women’s facility houses 30.
We believe in community engagement outside of group meetings, as well, and we encourage all of our residents to hold one another accountable. There is some free time, but most days are highly structured to enable clients to stay on the path of right living.
We are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to operate an alcohol and drug addiction program.
